    I'm just wondering if anybody has any idea how long it normally takes the folks at ********* to respond to an e-mail inquiry?

    I ordered a full set of Image Dynamics speakers and mounting kits from them, but one of the speakers is damaged or defective. I e-mailed their main account on Sunday and I haven't heard a word from them yet.

    I'd really like to get a replacement speaker asap, so I can finish up this monster installation project I've started...

    Although they're very slow to respond, you will eventually hear back from them. It took them a while to get back to me regarding my order but in the end they came through for me. But if you're in a rush, shop somewhere else.....

    So I wish I had seen this forum before I ordered their recurve for my taco. The thing has interference and I emailed them over 3 weeks ago about the issue. They got back to me a week after and diagnosed it for an entire week after I had told them I went to a shop who told me it's from that unit. They tried to tell me they have never had the issue and the entire time I was asking how to send it back to get a new one. Well they never answered that question and then about 2 weeks ago the guy asked if it was a good time to call and I thought "oh thank you baby jesus this will finally be over"

    I emailed him back 20 minutes after he sent it but apparently it was too long of a wait because I never heard from them. Now I emailed them last Monday begging to get this handled because I haven't been able to put my truck back together because of how I laid the wires. Well surprise I still haven't heard from them.

    This is the worst company I have dealt with in a long time and absolutely urge everyone not to buy anything from them. Just spend the extra money and go somewhere local or with a phone number. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

    Now they are going to get 100 emails from me tonight and probably tomorrow. Maybe that will get their attention.

    Sorry, to hear about that man - for what it's worth I've had better luck communicating with them over Facebook. Just like their page and send them a message, and you'll usually hear back in 24 hours.

    Can't say that I'm terribly impressed either, but they are apparently sending me a replacement speaker set. I'll let everybody know how it turns out when the set arrives.

    damn dude that sucks. I bought a box and sub from them and it went ok with the exception that they shipped the stuff when it was convenient for them, not immediately after i ordered it. My emailing with them has been good, though i am not writing to them about an issue (something they wouldnt want to deal with), im just asking questions. hopefully they will see this thread and turn their shit around for you!
