I guess I got screwed

i would appeal it and don't take no for an answer, i think they are hoping you just go away so they don't have to cover it. if it wasn't covered then the first shop wouldn't have said that it was so they are trying not to honor it but i bet you are covered if you push the matter and demand to know the reason they are refusing to honor the warranty.

i suggest you create a new thread asking for help and more specific advice from those who had to fight for frame replacements and see where you stand and if you think you have grounds then threaten to get a lawyer and if they don't respond to that then talk to a lawyer about it and see if he thinks you have a case. consultations like that don't cost you anything just to find out where you stand.

if all else fails i think you can get a couple thousand just selling the parts off of it if it is in good shape and scrap the rest for scrap steel value (another $200)

 

Check your local laws extensive frame damage may make it illegal to sell by a stealership
