2010 Prerunner V6 Off Road

recently purchased a 2010 prerunner v6 50k miles, when I start even in hot weather it shakes/idles really rough. It's fine when driving, or sitting at signals once warmed up. When I turn ignition off it has rough shut down. Any idea's?

Check engine light on? If so get the code read. It could be a million things. Vacuum line loose, bad spark plugs .............................................
