I don't see in my owners manual any other tire sizes I can mount on my rims. Since I purchased it I have not modified anything on it. I would like to put wide tires on it some day. I think I read somewhere that wider tires affect the speedometer reading and tire pressure sensors?

Also, has anyone heard if the driveline vibration causes any damage to anything else? I don't see anything about this in any threads or online anywhere.

265/75/R16 is about as big as you can go and guarantee no rubbing. This will correct the speedometer. This will throw off your odometer.

The only way to affect tire pressure sensors is to remove them, or change rims (rims without sensors). I have heard they can be moved to new rims. Not sure about that as I still run factory rims.

All vibrations get worse before they get better. Eventually something will break. Usually at the most inconvenient time you could possibly imagine. And, it's annoying.

You might get vibrations if there is a balance/alignment issue but a properly mounted, balanced and aligned wheel/tire set should not add any vibration.

I had my aftermarket wheels put on at discount tire and they charged me $5 per wheel to transfer the tpms sensors to the new wheels.

Wider tires effect fuel usage and has no effect over speedometer reading. Taller or shorter tires do however effect the speedometer reading.

What Jimmy said, and 265 is as wide as you'll go on stock rims with no spacer before rubbing the UCAs. If you go taller and wider you'll also rub goodies in the wheel well, but much of that can be resolved with an angle grinder and a 3 pound hammer.
