So, I'm buying my niece a laptop for her quinceanera (sp?). The budget is $350-450. Netbooks are not an option. Would like to find something with a dual core of some kind. 13-15" screen. Now I've scoured all the usual places, newegg, fry's and such. But, if anyone knows another place to look please let me know. Definitely has to be something that is qualified for the free win 7 upgrade.

    I'm leaning towards this Lenovo.

Can't you get an Acer laptop at walmart for like $400? Might want to check that out.

I picked up a second laptop of fleabay using cashback last November. It was a brand new Dell Studio 17". At the time I did it, the cashback was 20% so I got 200 bucks back. Right now its @ 8%, but still worth checking out. Its good for all brands, just have to use the bing search and see what hits you get. If you choose ebay, it has to be a BIN. Can't wait til it goes back up again.
