Really cheap, one for each tire, and you can check the pressure through them with any old gauge. By the time I've put the 4th one on, the first one is nearly done.

I'm cheap. Been pulling the valve cores for a couple years now with a cheap $2 tool.

yea i'm a big fan of the stauns...a bitch to setup but damn nice to screw on and let it go.

i had the currie for a while, then bit the bullet and got a set of stauns...i even use the stauns with my 2wayair for my set point if i wanted to hook up the system..

sweet, sounds like it got some good reviews, im excited to test it out.. do you guys usually air up between trails during rock therapy? or just air down once and leave it be. also what psi u guys run on slick rock? i have km2s. i usually run like 15-20 on rocky trails around here..

I've ran km2 down there for 4 years now. My 35 12.5 15 on 10 inch wheels liked 10psig. Below that I was rolling the bead off. This year I've got 37 12.5 17 on 8 inch wheels. Might try running 8psig

Set it and forget it. You won't be on the highway long enough for the tires to heat up much.

I run 15, but my tires are e-rated. Slick rock is...not slick. You get a shit ton of traction out there.
Most the time I run open-open so as to not stress the side gears...unless I need a locker (or two).

yeah i was there last year, but was on 31" all terrains, i dont even think i aired down, but didnt run very intense trails haha, that slick rock is like glue, i cant wait to see how well my km2s stick i want to say mine are only c rated.., so ud say dont run the rear locker unless u get into a funk? would it be cause its so much traction it could bust up the rear end?

Yup. Also make sure it actually unlocks before sharp turns. It's not the end of the world, but it is less stressful given the high traction.

I ran about 15-17 with the 33 KM2s my first trip. Just take it easy on the highway, no need to haul ass due to heat and sway concerns when moderately aired down.
