I have one Viper Elite 12K winch with NO ROPE but comes with all accessories. This winch was only used for a test fitting and might have a few tiny scratches but other than that is unused, never wired.

These usually sell for $699 with rope so you should be able to save about $50 or up to $250 if you already have a winch rope.
