    My '10 has 62K and the pads are getting thin...what say the group on a pad/rotor upgrade ?...Its a 2wd PreRunner A/T my daily driver...Thanks in advance.

    3 inch lift by dealer at purchase
    If the truck stops as it should I would use the original set up and it should unless you are towing or hauling a lot of weight. The old saying if it ain't broke don't fix it.

    For sure, most tacoma owners are rocking stock brakes and the OE stuff works well with stock size tires or for general use - the rotors are pretty low quality and are prone to pad deposit buildup tho.

    With 33's, gear, bumpers, supercharger etc - those yellow pads from the stage 5, hawks or other performance pads make a noticeable difference in the braking performance.
