Picked up another set of amber covers for rock protection, and so they can match the others.. looks great!

So I'm looking at some new tires that i should be buying sometime in the future and wanna buy the MTRs.. Im looking to go 35s (not set on that yet) but am wondering what would be better and get some opinions. I wanna go back to a 17in rim so right now I'm torn between 315/70/17 MTR which is LR D and 35/12.5r17 MTR which is LR C.. Ive been reading around and if I'm not mistaken LR C has a more flexible side wall, and LR D is better for crawling blahblahblah... I would love feedback and opinions on the 2 with pros and cons etc.. Thanks guys!

Not a fan of the Nittos? I have the MTR's now and like them but when these wear out I want to give the 285/75/17 (34") Nittos a shot.

I have the Nittos now in 285/75/16... Overall very good tire off road, but they have worn a bit quick on road over the time I've had them.. Granted i did do a decent amount of commuting with them that i didn't think i would do but still seemed to have worn quickly. I just wanna go with the MTRs next to see how they are, just like you wanna test the Nittos. Ive heard a lot of good things about the MTRs

I've got over 20k on my MTRs and they are about half tread right now. I'll have to measure them one day to see exactly where they're at. I think you'll be pleased with them.

Yeah eventually i will.. i do live at school still so my driving is very limited during the year.. Only about once a or twice a week if that, most of my driving is in the summer time and only take a few "long distance " trips.. When i graduate i will regear as my driving needs go up.. Like i said though im still not 100% yet but we'll see
