Super Charger, 2 In lift, TRD pro 17in Rims, 285 Toyo all country tires

I just replaced my stock 2013 Bilsteins with the 5100's there great. My friend has a first gen and really needs rear replacement and I want to give him mine. Will they fit?

He has a 2001 TRD offroad access cab.
