Hey guys so as the title says my new clutch (less than 3k miles) has started to slip. I haven't abused it. I haven't even driven off-road on it yet.

    The details:
    The clutch kit:
    https://www.trail-gear.com/TG/Toyot...ic/i_0_0_3466/_100043-1-KIT.aspx#.VOgP9IY76K0

This kit looks identical to ones sold by marlin so figured it'd be a solid option.

    New Luk flywheel
    Aisin master and slave cylinders.
    Redline gl-4

The install:7/15/14 I was too busy at work to get the job done so I bit the bullet and had a very reputable shop install my new parts and fluids. Everything went well. Clutch felt great and was problem free till about 3 weeks ago.

The last few weeks: started off with a little chirp while downshifting. After a week or so it progressed to a more distinct squeal so I took it into the shop for evaluation. They think it's the clutch but can't varify that till Tuesday

My concerns: trail gear has a 12 month warranty on all products but how do I prove defective equip?

Since I purchased from a tg distributor do I go through them or trail gear?

Should I use the same kit or go a different route?

    Any advice would be appreciated.
