When I replace the Spark plugs do I have to replace the coils also???

    Hi Fellow Tacoma Enthusiasts!!

    Can someone please tell what else do I have to replace when I replace the spark plugs? Taco has 185000 and still running strong! love (literally) this truck!!!

    Your coil packs do not need to be replace but when you do the plugs you should replace the wires also . NGK is a real good brand for Tacos

    Just the spark plugs....

    I'm about 70,000 miles and just last summer changed my plugs for the 2nd time. I'm still running the original wires & coil paks. Truck has run the same for the last 8 years without any issues.
