If you checked the thread, I said they were $6 each plus shipping. But they are all gone.

    Will do.

Just made these up, not as pretty and perfect as the aluminum ones but they work

1"x 3/16" metal stock from Lowes comes in about 3-4' lengths the stock slides in the rail perfect.

Drill and tap to your preferred size. Took me about 20 minutes for 4.

Less than 20 bucks for metal, tap and drill bit and bolts. I could probably make 20 of them.

Just to clarify, when I said I could probably make 20 of them I was just stating that is what you could get out of the piece of metal you buy at Lowes.

I have no plans of selling these, or making 20. Just explaining how easy they are to make and this stuff (1" x 3/16" Metal) is readily available at any major DIY store for cheap, 6-7 bucks. You can get it at Lowes, Home Depot, and I know Tractor Supply sells it. I also believe they sell pieces of aluminum in the same size. Much better for corrosion, and easier to drill/tap and cut. No crazy CNC/water jet machine needed. I would have gone aluminum but I actually needed this stuff to weld for another project, just checked and it fit perfectly so I figured I would make some up.

Just an FYI, this came from another thread I made but I thought this is an appropriate place for this

ok so if youre like me, perhaps you might have stripped your (or a friends) torx bit bed rail bolts, you know the ones that hold the rail against the bed (sorry no pic). well there is a solution! instead of going to the dealer and getting another strippable bolt (not even sure the cost, but probably more expensive) you can go to home depot and get a replacement hex bolt like this:
    its a 6mm x 1.0 x 16 mm.
also you can bring your stripped bolt with you to test fit to be sure but these are long enough for STOCK applications. if you are putting anything behind the bed rails, such as certain tonneaus require, you'll need a longer bolt.
in place on the rails, unpainted:
apologies if this is either old news or useless, but i figured i needed it, so someone else might. hopefully this is the right section lol

These are great for carrying quick release style bikes. These are made in Boulder Colorado and are a fraction of what a Yakima or other high dollar name brand bike mount will cost.

    Rocky Mounts
    Lockable
    $30 - $50 depending on retailer ($40. Amazon)
    5 min. To install

If you want a nut that you can put in the track, without sliding it in, this is the solution:
    https://www.fastenal.com/web/products/details/0303195

    tracknut_zps44893ef9_3a73a6c5a7db60e11e727fed898c667f87d68914.jpg

The nut is 5/8" deep, but the threads stop short of the bottom. A 1/2"-13 tap will fix that, if you need full thread engagement.

This nut can be pushed into the track at any open spot. Due to minor irregularities in the nut/track, it can either easily push in, or require you to use a bolt to push it in. The nuts don't slide down the track easily though. Tightening the bolt locks it into the rail.
