Oil Change Frequency

    No, no, no, Change your oil based on conditions about 4000-5000 miles in northern climates and normal driving, are you running through the sand, do you have reformulated gas, do you drive city or hwy, do you drive fast or slow, is it below 40 or above 80.... I change the oil on my bike after about 300 miles racing so it all dependes on your conditions.... Oil never wears out it only gets contaminated so if it's dirty put new oil in, the harder you play the more often you change the oil.....

    I started changing every 4000 to 4500 with synthetic and now I do every 3000.... People that are doing the minimum are the ones repairing their engines...
