Have a 2013 DC 4x4 gray. Was thinking of getting a 2" leveling kit and some 275 70 18's nitto trail grapplers. What do yall think about that? Also thought of getting 265 70 17's. Which would be better?

If you put spacers on your truck it's going to ride like shit.

If you only do 2" of lift then 285's are going to rub unless you always drive in a straight line and never go over speed bumps. Anyone who says otherwise is a big phony.

What do you use the truck for?

    What is your budget?

Well tires and rims I was looking at $1800. The leveling kit like $100. I was looking at quite a few pictures of Tacomas with no lift and 265's. Should I get 17's or 18's with 265's? I do not mud my truck. I live on a dirt road and normally take it easy on the yota.

It is the aircraft aluminum that goes on top of the spring. Some that have it say it is a smooth ride. Im going to go 265's but dont want the front nose diving. What should I do? I really didnt want to have to buy bilsteins but I may not have a choice? Are they hard to install and where the best place to purchase? I do mainly all my shopping on ebay. Also what should I go with 265 70's or 265 75's? I'm going with nitto trail grappler and raceline assault chrome rims.

    Bilstein 5100 front shocks

Then you'll have a really good suspension started and it will ride better than stock as long as you don't adjust the shocks up to their full height (closer to 3" of lift than what you're looking for).

If you want to get the front coilovers pre-assembled then Wheelers offers that service as well, having that done will turn the process into a direct bolt-on task for you. Adjust the front shocks to level out the front of your truck.

If you want a members-only price from Wheelers then send member YotaDan a PM via the forums and he'll give you a price quote that is usually lower than what is posted on their website.
