Hey, guys. Here is my 5 Lug Tacoma build thread. It's not as cool as a lot of y'all's beautiful monsters running on 35's, but it's still something!

The day I got my Tacoma as a 21st birthday present

Packing her up for a fishing trip with my friend

Tinted the back (5%) at home with my dad which was way harder than I thought it would be. I also plasti-dipped the front emblem and the back

I bought the Bushwacker Pocket style Fender Flares and installed them. Because the 5-lug Tacomas do not come with OEM fender flares, unlike our 6-lugged counterparts, some drilling inside the wheel well had to be done. Also the Bushwacker Pocket style Fender Flares use "dummy" bolts which do not actually bolt in the side of the vehicle. However, I changed the bolts and drilled them to the side of my truck so it would fit firmly without any issue.

Thanks to MGMTacoFF, I have a nice little toolbox

He also gave me a bed extender!

I plasti-dipped the stock wheels black to give it some style. It'll be temporary until I get new aftermarket wheels.

My friend gave me a set of BF Goodrich KO's (235/75R15)with less than a 1000 miles on, sweet deal.

I also got an Aries bull bar for Christmas so this is how she sits as of January 2015

    Future Plans:
    - Suspension
    - Bigger Tires, I am aiming for 31's
    - Bull bar
    - Tool box. I was wondering if y'all have any recommendations for tool boxes, preferably a low profile one

Nice man! Nothing wrong with the base truck. I've had 2 of them. My current one is a white one like yours....just all stock.

Not yet. I'm going to add the Fatbob's lift soon which comes with new rear shocks, but that's about it. Maybe regearing it if I move up to larger tires.

Not that I can see. But, if there was a difference, it'll only be only be just a little
