I have gotten fuse box up and was able to remove the battery side bolt but can't gain access to the right or driver side bolt. The small fuse box seems to move but can't figure out how to separate so I can get to the second bolt. Very frustrated! It's a 2011 v6 tacoma

Do you know what happened/why it blew? That is a heavy amp fuse and they don't blow too often.
