When is the interval to replace the stock 2 Gen Tacoma TRD shocks and struts? Are the stock shocks and struts the Bilstein 4600 series? I don't wish to do any modifications to the truck.

There are no intervals. When the shocks wear out, replace them. The time frame difference could be significant depending on usage and locality.

My 2006 TRD has about 200,000 kms (appox 120,000 mi) so figured these shocks don't owe anything by now. There seems to be many shocks and struts from very new TRD's for sale locally from Tacoma owners who are changing them out for suspension upgrades right after they purchased their vehicles. I am considering using a very low mileage set as replacements on my truck.

    5100's all around. Front's set at 1.75" 265/75/16 Duratracs.
I would go with the bilstein 5100's you can leave the at stock hight and have a better ride.

    This ^^

Mine is the OR and I don't plan on lifting it and the shocks only have 13k miles on them. When the time comes I'll put 5100's all the way around.

I have a 2005 TRD OR with 97k. I just bought a full set of Factory Toyota Bilsteins off a 2013 TRD with less than 2k miles on them for $150. I don't drive my vehicle off road, and it's not lifted. I was tempted to with the Bilstein 5100's, but could not justify the cost difference for my type of driving.

Partzguy, that is exactly where I'm at. That is likely what I'm going to do.

No. They are similar, but the OE offroad and sport bilsteins are built by Bil to Toyota specs and are only available from Toyota. 4600 is a nice upgrade over stock shocks.
