2002 Double Cab prerunner v6. Airbag light is on. Any good sites or videos to help me self diagnose which sensor might be bad? I would assume it's probably the drivers seat sensor or belt buckle latch since these are used the most but how does one even go about narrowing it down or testing a bad sensor. I'm clueless but want to learn.

Mine did the same thing....turned out to be my little computer module on the transmission hump. Could be the clock spring....do a search for it. I had it put on the computer at Toyota .

I saw some stuff about this on google, most of the solutions involved the sensors under the hood or dash seams to be a common culprit.

its not something to ignore since it can in some rare cases cause the airbag to deploy or disable the vehicle because it things the airbag has deployed.
