Whats up everybody. Just poppin in to say hello. I just recently purchased a 2008 Toyota Tacoma TRD sport prerunner a few weeks ago. Never owned a truck but always wanted one, and always had a soft spot for the Tacoma.

My last car was a 2002 Mazda miata with exhaust, suspension, roll bar, intake, and a few other trinkets. Unfortunately, due to inclement weather one night, I hydroplaned and hit a telephone pole and totaled the car. Had fun with the car, yeah, I got a lot of cute girl car comments, but I didnt care. That car was fun, had plenty of awesome track days with it, as well as a few mountain runs.

Onto the Taco. I went to a dealership looking to get a 4Runner and drove away with this instead. I dont really plan much with it except for maybe upgrade the stereo, tint the windows and call it a day. If it were 4x4, then there would be other plans, but I dont see the need to upgrade the exterior if its just 2wd. Not a fan of 2WD trucks being lifted or made to look like its 4x4 worthy, just feel its false advertising. No offense to those who do it though.

Looking forward to getting to know about these trucks. Its a different world for me going from a two seater convertible to a truck. But it was time for a change anyways. Feel free to post up any 2WD prerunners pictures for inspiration, as I havent really found anything to make me want to customize it.

Forgot to add that this truck is a 6 speed manual transmission. One of the reasons I pulled the trigger on this.

    Thanks!
    Daniel
