    I don't consider myself to be an example of perfect health by any means, but the one thing I won't do is eat fast food. Can't remember the last time I did.

    Lunch is always from a deli at one of the Mon-n-pop general stores near work, dinner I almost always make. It certainly makes lunch more expensive, but it tastes better, is definitely healthier, and it also means I'm supporting a local business.

    Correct. THe Nuggets have to be inspected by a factory tech, then they will decide how to proceed. A friend went thru this, and the nugget failed, so they just put on more breaded coating, and called them good. My friend said that the nugget never tasted the same afterwards, and he is currently waiting for another inspection.

    Yeah, I hear ya. Supposedly, the new nuggets are more economical, but clearly they are having issues.
