I have an 06 I bought new and I'm at 112K miles with no issues up to this point. Ive been really good with maintenance and all around up keep. Parts to wear down of course so to answer your first question I think it depends on how the owner took care of it. Things I'm preparing to replace are the front wheel bearings, starter and alternator. I havent had issues yet but I'll have those parts on hand ready to replace.
Is it a deal? That's hard for me to answer because some will say you can do better. I think if you like it then try to haggle the price to what you want to pay for it and if it doesn't work out then walk away.
For four adults it would be a tight squeeze back there.
Good luck and I hope it works out for you.

So far I've added an Advance folding bed cover and since removed it. Gave it to my son in Maine, he has an 05 2wd. GT perfect fit seat covers. Weathertech floor mats and window vent visors. Waag center brush/grill guard. Hose clamp tailgate mod. Turned off the seat belt chime. Added Ultra-Gauge. Trailer hitch. Softopper. Replaced sun visors with slide out style. Toyota bed extender. Had Firestone Destinations and now Michelin LTX AT2 in stock size. More mods to come; Fog lights, locking storage in bed, intermittent wipers. Now looking for Radio/HU upgrade. and maybe a lift way down the road.
Pretty tight for adults. I had a dakota with the the extra bench and my kids complained every minutes they were back there. Two teenage boys. Mine did not however have the half doors like on the access cab. You had to squeeze between the door frame and the front seat back. One of my kids buddies got stuck everytime so we never let him sit up front. It was too funny watching him struggle to get in and out.

Buying anything you need to be able to walk away if you have doubt.

    Good luck.

Rims and tires , exhaust , stereo , Bhlm ,Changed carpet to black from grey. toytec ultimate lift kit. Allpro front bumper and light bar. In process of blacking out interior. Otrattw switches, black vinyl armrest mod, clazzio leather seat covers with heaters, flowmaster dual exhaust, hornblasters train horns,
Op your not going to fit much of anything in the back. Good for storage, that's about it. Seems to be a lot of money for a prerunner with that kind of mileage. Tech section says rear wheel drive not 4 wheel drive.

I bought a 2007 DCSB with 48K for $16991 in Arlington back in January. I would be very concerned about maintenance history on a vehicle with 125k.
