I just put 265/75r16s on mine which are 32 inches tall and they rub slightly on stock suspension. I wouldn't go any bigger than 32s with just a leveling kit.

I know you have 18" rims but just last weekend and this weekend I put 5100's at the max level (approx. 2.5 in) on and 285/70-17 tires on 17x9 rims with a -12mm offset, so they sit approximately where the stock ones where. At full turn they barely hit the mud flap (removed now) and they hit the front of the fender liner, where there is a bump that sticks out towards the wheel. I will trim that off next weekend and will have no issues. Neither one hit very much. Other than that they do not hit fenders, suspension, or any other solid items.

pff... take that truck off road and flex it and your gonna rub ALOT more with those 285's as where you are rubbing now isnt even close to the center line on the tire.

The biggest you can really go without rubbing is a 265/75R16 sized tire... so on an 18in rim that would be 265/65R18. You go bigger then you start rubbing on upper control arm (depending on offset of the rim), cab mount, flare, inner fender, etc etc.

Right now mines are stock and I have 265/65/18 they rub sometimes but I thought the leveling kit would help it raise it alittle bit more so I can put bigger ones, cause my tires are waring out!
