Need Help..Just Imagine

Just Imagine you Got a 99 single cab Tacoma PreRunner 2.7L with 224k miles and it was rolled and you were the 3rd owner what would you replace or fix other than the body? Ive done some maintenance on my truck but wanna see what you guys say and compare it to what I have done

 

cant say without pictures, my first inkling is why fix anything, just drive it like it is if you can.

if you do body work you need a paint job, if you need a paint job then you need to fix everything so its a snowball effect where its often better to beat out the dents so nothing rubs or falls off and it goes down the road straight and tell yourself "its a truck, its not supposed to be pretty"

Had this truck for 2 years now body is all new from the day I first drove it, Family owns a body shop and I know the Trade so there was no issue cosmetic wise...Also the whole its a truck its not suppose to be pretty is not me I keep this cleaner than anything else I own its never been off road or hauled anything like a truck should do

Ive replaced:

- Just about everything on the EGR system
- Catalytic Converter
- Valve Cover Gasket
- Charcoal Box
- Exhaust Manifold
- Brakes Front and Back
- PVC Valve
- Oil Pan Gasket
- Thermostat w/ Gasket
- Upper and Lower Radiator Hoses
- Water Outlet Gasket
- Steering Rack Bushings
- Cooling System Flush
- Power Steering System Flush
- Spark Plugs and Wires

Only other things I can think of doing is:
- New Trans Fluid and Gasket
- New Differential Fluid and Gasket
- New Fuel Filter
- *Maybe* New Fuel Injectors
