:mad:I have a 2014 Tacoma double cab and on windy days when wind hits the truck at just the right angle I get a squeaking or whistling sound coming from the door seals. I hear it from on the front doors left or right.

I took it to the dealer and the senior tech said he had a meeting with Toyota engineers about the problems and they don't know what the problem is. He said based on complains the most common areas are the windshield seal that runs across the top, the seal between hood and grille, or the less common door seals.

I hear it coming from the door seals, He opened a ticket with Toyota and later called me telling me he ordered window seals and he would bend the top of the door slightly to create a tighter seal, After doing a google search I saw other people posting the same solution.

Anyone with this issue and what was the solution. Im worried Toyota might not get an official fix and wait for owners to exceed warranty period and focus on new 2016 models. The dealer said right now its try something and see if it fixes the issue and then report back to Toyota.

there is already a thread on this. no real fix, and this has been reported for a number of years now so bets are that it won't get a real fix.
