Will 16" Wheels with 3.5 BS fit a stock 1st gen prerunner?

I'm looking into getting some new wheels with my tax return, and the guy at SCS reccomended the 3.5 backspace option to me. they look great, but I'm still just at stock height. But I do plan on doing a mid travel setup in the near future, but will they fit no problem for the time being? I'll be running 265/75/16 tires.
