Has anyone placed an order with StreeTacos in the last coupe of months and received the item(s) they ordered?? Reason for asking is that I ordered a carrier bearing drop bracket 1 month ago today and have heard nothing other than the initial order confirmation/payment email. I have called twice but couldnt leave a message due to the voicemail box being full also, have sent 3 emails asking for an order status with no reply. I know that when i ordered the website showed a 3 week lead time......... I've had good luck in the past with StreeTacos several years ago. Anyone got any insight??

Had the same problem last year. Ordered sliders an it took 3x the advertised lead time to get them. That was even after various emails an responses. Customer service it horrible. My suggestion if you do not hear from him soon would be to get a refund through your credit card company or paypal. Hope it works out!!

3 inch lift with Toytec Boss and All Pro UCA's up front. AP expedition leafs with Bilstien 5100 shocks in the back. 255/85/16 Cooper S/T Max tires. All Pro skids, rear bumper and sliders, Hidden winch mount with XRC 8000 winch. Dual Optima batteries with IBS combiner/isolator and solar. CMC. Auto sliding rear window mod, hidden CB, CVJ axles and plenty of other little mods.
I also had to wait months for a carrier bracket. I thought the guy took my money. Funny thing though. Days after I posted my really bad experience on the TW, I started getting apologetic emails from them, and the part arrived within the week.

I ordered parts on Jan 29, called at the end of February but couldn't leave a message due to a full inbox, so I sent an email. When I didn't get a response for a week I put in a claim on PayPal stating I was unable to contact the seller. 30 minutes after I did that he emailed me complaining that my dispute locked up his funds that he needed to build parts and that he would ship the next day. He sent a tracking number on Monday for a priority mail box that still hasn't been scanned outside of San Diego. His email gave lots of excuses and now it seems he sent a bogus tracking number.

Brian seems to be another fabricator that doesn't understand that customer service is a vital part of running your own business. I will happily wait an extra month for good parts if you can keep me up to date. If you say your product has a 3-4 week lead time that means it ships in 28 days not 33. When something comes up that prevents you from shipping on time inform your customer so they aren't wondering.

I ran into the same problem's with Brian. Great guy once you get a hold of him but, as stated his lead times are off. Email is the best way to contact him. Best of luck!
