Hello, wanting to install a Pioneer 4000NEX into my 2010 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab JBL.

Was needing to know if these items are what I needed to complete this task.
Before I purchased everything. Or if there is a easier route to take that others have experienced it would be much appreciated thank you for your time.

Hey, I have the 4000NEX in my 02 Tacoma and love it. I would recommend going to a local stereo shop and ask them for the items you need. If you get the part numbers you can buy online. As for install... I don't have the steering controls but if you have any other questions about it you can PM me.
    Hope this helps.

If you're not familiar with stereo wiring and install, opt for the Axxess ASWC-1 steering wheel control interface with the ASWC-TOY wiring harness. This will give you plug and play connectors for most of your wiring connections. The rest will be color coded for you to connect. I recommend soldering them. Also, you'll want to look into how to set up the parking brake / video bypass for your unit. Some of the Pioneers can be a pain in the ass when it comes to that.

I have the 4000-NEX in my 13. I went through Crutchfield, and purchased the deck, dash kit, and CRUX harness with steering wheel controller. The harness is perfect. Utilizes the factory USB, and the steering controls work great. The support from Crutchfield has been fantastic.

The dash kit is OK. It does not have a trim ring, and goes on over the top of the deck, so if the deck is not lined up perfectly, it will bind when the motorized face moves (IE:inserting a CD)

As rock lobster said, That is a JL Stealthbox. They're not cheap but they're nice enclosures. The amp rack is custom built. It doesn't look like there's much to it, really, but if you're unfamiliar with this type of stuff, you'll find it hard to do at first.
