Rear bumper

Hi to all,I have a 2012 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 4.0 litre 5spd auto trans, My truck is completely stock from the factory.What I need to know is on the rear bumper on the first step just above the receiver hitch you have that small flat plastic piece,Then about 6 inches above that you have the top flat piece of the bumper that has the long flat black plastic piece.Could any body tell me how to take both of those two pieces off,with out damaging them in any way . Thanks to all that answer.
