Will a set of side rails for a 2011 double cab fit a 2012 double cab? And what a push bar same question will one off a 2011 fit the 2012?

They should fit. The models didn't change dramatically between '11 and '12 aside from the grill aesthetics. The frame is the same. Do you have the part manufacturer? Chances are, if you compare the part numbers, you'll find they are the same, and then you'll have a definitive answer.
