    Gentlemen,
I have a 2015 TRD Offroad and installed the Icon AAL with 5100 adjustable s up front and 5125's in the rear. The shop who installed the equipment drilled out the bushing on one of the rear shocks and now the bushing is not holding the shock tight on the bolt. Currently I have about an 1/8 of an inch of play and it's getting worse daily. Has anyone ran into the issue before? I would really appreciate the help.

    Do you have pictures?
Might get better response with pics.
I don't understand why a shop would have to drill out on a brand new 2015 Taco...

Thanks for the reply Siblue, let me elaborate.

Sorry about the impulsive post. Really aggravated about this whole issue. First off this is my first Tacoma and have wanted one for a whileand finally went drop some coin on DCSB TRD Off-road. I have never owned a small truck before much less did any sort of off-roading. Initially I wanted to lift it and do some additional small modifications as previously stated and went with the Bilstein 5125s on the rear. It seems the mechanic who was installing the rear shocks found that the eyelet on the shock was smaller than the bolt that attached the shock to the vehicle. Trying to get the shock attached he decided to either drill the sleeve or remove the sleeve and drill out the bushing to get it attached. In doing so, he seems to have drilled too much out and now I have roughly 1/8 of an inch of play where the shock is attached to the bolt. I would take pictures and post them, but when viewed it looks normal BC the weight of the vehicle is resting on the bolt. Only when driving or bouncing on the bumper can you notice the play. If a picture is what it’s going to take to get some help I will post some as soon as I get a chance. I really appreciate any help and or guidance.
