New member wheel question

2007 SR5

I have a 2007 with 2 inch strut spacer in the front. The wheels I wanted to get are 18x9 6x139 bolt pattern offset 10 backspacing 5.39 HB 106.1
The tires I like are the 275/65/18 toyo open country at 2
I know that I'm gonna have to do some trimming or go down in my tire size but will this wheel work on my ride with the offset being 10?
Are there any other problems that I may run into?
