Hello, Just installed firestone ride rite air bags with daystar cradels. The drivers side leaked immediatly. Took the schrader valve out and put back in and it is holding air perfect. The passenger side schrader valve leaked over night. So i just took it out and screwed it back in. Going to check tomorrow morning to see if it has leaked out. When I installed them and had pressure in them i check for leaks at all the valves (not included the actual schrader valve side) with soapy water and no leaks. Has anyone else have problems with the schrader valves leaking?

Had the exact same issue, called Firestone and they shipped out a replacement right away. They actually sent me two so now I have a spare.

Update: Contacted firestone right after this thread. They are sending out new Schrader valves. Still waiting for them. I got the right one to stop leaking but the left one is still leaking. when they leak I unscew them and take the valve out then put it back in. It seems to help. I'm tempted to put Teflon tape on it or take a valve screwdriver and crank it in Instead of snugging it in.

Drove it yesterday. The left air bag lost 3 pounds overnight. The right stayed the same. found out if you tighten the schrader valve too hard it won't let any air into the bag. So I added a smear of silicone grease to the rubber gasket of the Schrader valve and snugged it. Will see tomorrow if this helped. Still waiting for the replacement
Valves from firestone. And yes I checked all the other connections with soapy water and no leaks.

It lost about half a pound of air instead of 3 pounds. The silicon grease worked temporarily. Im going to change them when the valves from firestone get here.
