With all the recent snow, I can't help but dream of summer. I recently lifted my taco and plan on having alot of mountain fun this summer. I plan on wheeling the taco, mountain biking like a SOB, hiking with the pup, dirt biking, and doing alot of camping. What are some recommended/ cool spots you guys have been and where do you want to go? It would be cool to organize some trail meet ups!

Ya, the Alpine loop is fantastic. It's a drive from Denver to get there (4-5 hours) but it's one of the most beautiful parts of the entire state imo. There's a section off Cinnamon Pass that's just an out and back that takes you to American Basin which is incredible and worth the slight detour. Another nice out and back trail off Cinnamon Pass is Wager Gulch Road, it leads to the Carson ghost town which sits just under tree line. Really makes you think how hardcore those folk were to try to make a living in such extreme conditions
