I made my first post exactly one minute after you! Welcome. Decided not to wait for 3rd gen and recently purchased a 2015 TRD OR. I would like to wait a couple years for Toyota to work the bugs out on the 3rd gen and see how/if I have desire to switch to 3rd gen.
