Hello all. New truck, new member...first question. Picked up a set of factory/OEM tube steps the other day and was looking over the included pic/instructions and now have this question...Which end goes forward? The majority of pics I've seen online show the "slight bend" near front tire and the straight end at rear. The instructions in box show the opposite, bend at back tire.

Searched as many threads as I could and didn't see this question. I'll admit that I haven't crawled under the truck yet. I know the brackets are offset, pre-fastened and are probably idiot proof for installation...but I'm really asking about the visual discrepancy. Is it preference? I assumed the bend was at front to deflect debris away from bar/truck....but the pic on instructions shows otherwise.

    Thanks in advance.
