I want to purchase new front bumper for my 2010 tacoma OR. I cannot decide between the Fabfour with full guard or the ARB bumper with fogs. Both bumper are available thru 4wheelers in Canada, I’m leaving in Québec (Canada) and may purchase locally. If I consider the recent change between the CAD and USD dollar (1$ us is .78$ cad)and the shipping I don’t save so much to purchase in the states and I have to drive down to NY state to avoid crazy broker fees.

I didn’tconsidered the Rentleless because it seem more an off road application and offer less coverage for car accident. Specially the Rentleless bumper corners seem smaller or easier to bend when compare to the ARB. The bumper won’t be only used off-road, I’m doing 95% road and 5% off road. I want to plow snow without damaging the stock plastic bumper, protect the front end from possible deer collision and from others stupid drivers from the Montreal area. Montreal is very bad for traffic and driver behavior, a rigid bumper offer way much protection over the stock plastic.

Right now I’m lean to the Fabfour even if the price is higher because it have recovery pointand the look more aggressive. Both came with fog light and yellow flasher. In others hand ARB have a solid reputation to be built very strong and by being more deep it will reduce the chance to damage a light or the front grill. The down side is ARB don’t have recovery points.

ARB cost around1200 USD in USA or close to 1900$ CAD with our tax around Montreal.
Fabfourcost around 1500 USD in USA or close to 2300$ CAD with our tax around Montreal.

Anyone can compare the stiffness of the ARB VS the FabFour ?
Any opinion or advise will be appreciate.

    Thanks Martin
