I have a standard/no frills rear-view mirror that was recently installed onto a replacement windshield. It's now shaking and making an annoying blur while trying to view while moving.

Is there a simple adjustment to tighten it up or anything? I'm unsure how it mounts.

Thanks. How does this plastic cover get removed?

Never mind. I got it off. It was not properly put on the mount. I seated it back on correctly. Hopefully, this will fix the shakes issue. Thanks for the help.
