Wanting to install Intermittent wiper and cruse on a 2013 Reg Cab 4X4. Seen in the past this was just a plug & play but Toyota made a change so we could not do the plug & play and had to run a wire. ?

What other years and models of Toyota will work?

    Thanks.

Wipers are easy PnP. I just completed mine a couple weeks ago.

Search on "Intermittent wipers" will get you what you need. There are two P/Ns that work, the difference between them is the layout of the delay graphics.

They are not the same switch as the cruise, and my little base already had cruise, so I can't speak to that.

Do you have cruise control right now? I'm not following your first post.

    Me also. LOL.

I do not have either one now and want to upgrade to them.

I know it use to be P&P but not sure what year Toyota change it where one has to run a wire for one or both.

I believe it's the 2014 + models that the PnP stalk was no good for.

    That is good news.

    Thanks

I have seen that one can use cruse and wiper from other models such as the Corolla and the Camry.

    Any truth of this?

It may be simpler if you quit combining the two topics and address them independently, because, as I mentioned, they are not on the same switch.

So since I've done the wiper in my '13, yes is the answer for that.

Have you tried the search I suggested? Focus on the P/N, not the application.
