We use fixtures to build our sliders at 20 degrees. We run all the parts to build them at 20 degrees in big batches to keep production time and cost down. To build them at any other angle takes at least an extra hour to build them and no one wants to pay the additional money for that. We already struggle to keep the lead times under control so we are eliminating some options to increase efficiency.
