Replace with IKH-22 plugs instead, unless you gap at .31 like OE gapping, but you gotta be careful when gapping. A standard gapper will damage the Iridium coating on the plugs.
What do I recommend to replace them at? I would say no more than 30K if tuned properly.
Boost increases cylinder pressures which increases the chances of misfires, so by minimizing gap you decrease your chances of misfires under boost and spark knock.
