I appreciate your sending me this previously. After changing computer etc, I lost the Manual in the shuffle.

Since then have traded for a 3rd Tacoma, now in a 2019 SR5 4X4 V6. Wonder if the Manual has been updated through 2019 model or will this 2016 edition still be close enough?

I want to install some steel tubing for my trans line for the external cooler that goes through the radiator panel.
What is the size, type of this metal tubing?
Can I get my own and bend it? Suggestions

      Hello Gearcruncher.
I'm new, hoping you can help. I own a 4-cyl 2001 Tacoma 4x4 that I need to flat-tow. I understand I need to disconnect the drive shaft to the rear diff., but does the front drive shaft also need disconnecting (it’s manual transmission)? The 4x4 transfer lever does have a neutral; can I use this instead of d/c the front drive shaft? Any advice you can offer would be most welcome.
      Thx, Andy

Gearcruncher: My shudder was fixed with a drain and replace and lubeguard at your suggestion. Smooth as silk since. That was 22,000 miles ago and i've noticed the shudder starting to return. Should i have it drained again? or just add lubeguard to the fluid in there? Is there another option? 172,000 miles on truck. The work was done at 149,000. Any help is appreciated.

2021 SR5 tacoma transmission whining . Low fluid level, 2 quarts from factory. Buyer beware. I could write a book on what a cluster this has been. Toyota does not stand by their builds. Poor of them. They should issue a TSB, however, it won't happen.

I was hoping you could help... 05 4runner V6 drained tranny, was brown some little chunks, refilled. now runs fine going forward but binds and lurches in reverse. whiney also.. step on gas and bucks in reverse.. did rear brakes, not sure if they are sticking. feels like stuck brake but most calipers are new., 3 of them.. I will jack it up to check the brakes again, but could this be a tranny issue? thanks

I saw a post where you mentioned you have service manuals. Do you have them available for download? If so, can I get a download of the 2005 Tacoma SM?
