The outer ring? Yes. The wheel is obviously the black model. ( there's black, bronze, and gray).

The ring comes off easy. Put 4 screws in a sheet of plywood, stood it up, hung the rings on the screws, and sprayed them with dip. Easy.

I've had it on over 2 years. Went through car washed and power washed it myself. Looks like the day I put it on. Holds up crazy good

It matches perfectly except in direct sunlight you can see a slight difference.

do you remember how many coats you did and if you used gloss?

One light coat to start.(like barely a dusting). Then three heavier costs making sure I got the edges also. I did not use glossifier.

I used glossifier when I did my rear bumper at one time. And it makes it look exactly like a gloss paint. But I didn't like the texture. Made it feel rubbery.

Like any painting just make sure there's not dust or stuff blowing around that can get in the paint.
