It's a patch, not a painting by a famous artist. :notsure:

It's extremely easy and you don't have to actually have an account linked to a bank account or anything. I just enter my credit card number and who I am sending a payment to. About 4-5 steps and done.

So today we are having the kitchen tile floor redone. I took leave this week to oversee and basically just be here while we have some wrk going on inside. I figured I would take advantage of this time and do something I thought would look cool. Not sure if I am sold on it or not, but the good thing about plastidip is that it comes off if you don't like it.

While I had the front grill off, I removed those thin metal covers from the end of the horn ballasts. I'm not sure if this will really make the horns louder, but worth a shot until I can buy the Super Tone Hella horns.

:D:D As soon as I buy or make a license plate relocation bracket so I'm not covering up my plate. My luck is that I will get a cop who doesn't appreciate a good mod!

Thanks! The guy was selling them real cheap because he had to cut/notch at the top for the clutch pedal, but you can't even see that cut and I think they are awesome.

Test fit of the Sony Xplode 10" sub had some hiccups. The sub box had these bars across the top and bottom to protect the speaker. I had to remove those, and a friend with a sawzall made short work of a bracket I think is for child safety seat anchors. Once that was taken out, the box fit real nice and with the seat up there is room to allow the speaker to move with the bass. Now I need an amp! Again, I'm not wanting anything that lets you hear me before you see me but I'm excited to get this going. After I took the picture I dusted it off, but now I'm too lazy to take another picture.IMG_1712.jpg

Today was another day of sitting around while contractors did some tile work on the kitchen and bathroom replacing our tub and all the surrounding tile. So I took advantage and did some things I had been wanting to do for a while. Nothing exciting but I think it changes the look quite a bit. IMG_1719.jpgIMG_1721.jpg

This came in the mail today and immediately went on the truck. I didn't even bother taking the rest of the mail into the house first. Big thanks to @tcBob for the love!

Today my son was home sick so I decided to take advantage of the day and install the stereo I bought off Craigslist, the microphone and the wires for my amp all of which are from Amazon. I think even the Metra double-din faceplate was from Amazon. I got really lucky when I bought the radio because it was out of a Toyota so I didn’t have to do anything with the wiring harness, even though I bought one of those too off of Amazon. I put the microphone right above the rearview mirror and ran the wire along the head liner, down the A pillar and to the back of the radio. Everything works, but I haven’t hooked up the amp yet. I am considering this a great win. I called a couple of stereo installation shops and the cheapest I found was $100 from Best Buy so the way I look at it I just saved a butt load of money!

It sounds SOOO much better! :bananadance:
The main reason, well two reasons actually, is because I couldn’t hear anything driving with my windows down, and the second was to add a microphone. I tried the earpiece and on speakerphone but wasn’t what I wanted to have. I replaced the front and rear door speakers awhile ago when Best Buy was having a sale on Kicker CS-series speakers. I’m probably going to start on the amp after I eat some lunch.

I forgot to take any pictures, but I did the rear-diff breather mod too. I think it was around the time the hurricanes were hitting Houston and Florida that I started to worry about the possibility of driving through high water, not while trail riding or anything but what about during an emergency or after a hurricane here on the east coast. I followed the mod listed here in this forum, running the 6ft. fuel line to the gas cap.
