Bought these from Wheelers back in December of 2016. Went on the truck in February of 17 and just pulled them today, about 50k miles worth of mostly highway driving. No leaks, however, a couple of northeast winters have wreaked havoc on the finish. The springs are peeling, the aluminum bodies have a good amount of pitting, but the shafts look clean. The worst part for me is the adjusting collars are frozen in place. I’ve tried PB blaster every day for a couple of weeks and can’t get them to budge. Haven’t tried compressing the springs to relieve some pressure, but at this point I’m just going to cut my losses and give someone else a shot to rebuild them.
    I have a brand new pair of Bilstein 600lb springs from a set of 6112’s that I’ll throw in if the buyer wants them.

    Located in central NJ, willing to ship on buyers dime but it might get spency...

    Makes total sense. I was able to adjust the collars when I first installed them, but they were well oiled and clean. Without the weight of the truck on them they’ll probably break free

    I can rebuild these for whoever buys them
