No, you don't have to send me your old grill. I use brand new aftermarket grills and make them into satoshi grills.

Just have to say, I'm doing my own satoshi grill right now and it is a PITA! I wonder how your aftermarket grills come compared to the oem (crossmembers?), but this is taking forever. It is my first time doing anything with fiberglass or bondo though.
Anyway, if I eff this one up or need another, I will definitely get ahold of you.

Good luck with your grill. The aftermarket cross members are just as sturdy as the oem grills. Although, I have only worked with one oem grill.

Ok, I think I follow now. "W/o triangles" just replaces the middle sections but leaves the plastic shizzes in the triangles. Right?

Yes, 'W/O Triangles" refers to just replacing the middle section.

Sorry to hear that man. Let me know if you need help with anything!

I may go to you for business in the future, I spent enough on materials for this that I am just done with it for now (once I figure out how to get the latch thing figured out). Let me know if you ever have that issue, or if I just made mine too deep. Sorry that I have taken up space on your product thread, but hopefully it gets you more business due to fewer people attempting this on their own!
