i made money on ORPH and DDD...
lost money on DDD and RETO..

I couldn’t compete with @not_nick and his relentless negativity, so I took a highly paid position on the side of the GME

The housing bubble still has a bit of time before it collapses, but if you're not in any hurry, if you wait a few more months I would imagine you'll start seeing some pretty substantial discounts. Market is going to crash and bring housing down with it.

No hurry. Will probably be 1-2 years before i pull the trigger (that's the range i'm looking for anyway) Just took a travel position for a little bit. I figured in a bout a year you'd see a huge difference. Just good to know what i was believing the last 2 years is probably going to come true the way it looks more than likely in that time frame.

couple folks I follow are of the 3-6 month before all hell breaks loose. we shall see.

I’m in talks with a lender to buy a house in Denver (my first house) now. I think I might just say sorry I am going to contact you in a year. He said he thinks there will be a correction in a year and a half but at this rate I think it’s coming sooner.

 

Please don't take anything I said as advise. I just read and speculate like the rest of you.

That being said, I'm definitely waiting a little bit before I buy my home up in WA

I relocated for a job an hour and a half north 5 years ago. Talked myself out of buying a house because i didn't know if i would be here that long where it would be worth it so i rented. Then it boomed and i didn't want to buy one so i've just rented and saved. Looking back, i could've made absolute bank if i would've bought back then and sold accepting this new traveling position.
