Sounds like they (BCLI) hit back and are challenging the decision/backing it up with their/a hired legal team, not taking an unsubstantiated "no" lightly.

 

Pretty much. Way too much money already went into that for them to get a no-call no-show response from the FDA.

Also we're close to post #80,000! Who's going to get it!?

Unless I jacked up the math (which is possible), my property tax increased 2-3% YOY since purchase. Specifically:

2019 0.36%
2020 2.85%
2021 3.22%
2022 1.67%

(Bought in late 2017, so I didn't record the taxes there, and since nothing recorded there, 2018 doesn't have anything to compare to. This is just form my mortgage spreadsheet, since of course I have one of those).

HELOC, yes, cashout refi...that puts you at market interest rate. HELOC not needed. Just making a point house values going up isnt really useful lol

 

in other news project shed is trucking along. had this pile of insulation in the house taking up space for almost 2 years, was about to throw it away...luckily it found a more useful home

 

I'd like to hear now he has a good interest rate and doesn't need to refinance.
