News...$GME completes at the market offering...
Quick BILLION DOLLARS

 

I love that $AMC popped after hours at the same time as $GME...for obviously no reason. $GME popped on the news of the offering closing...Why would $AMC go up? Oh, and $KOSS popped after hours...and then came back down...at the same time as $GME popped....

 

ET appears to be an actual stock and I know nothing about energy companies so couldn't tell you but :

JEPQ is a covered call ETF that re distributes profits as a monthly dividend. Mostly focused on NASDAQ.

XYLD is same concept. Focused on S&P 500.

My thought is using these as a way to prepare for if the market goes down, because in theory, they'll be more profitable selling covered calls with stocks tanking, and can increase dividend payouts. Theres also QYLD and JEPI by those same management companies that focus on the other index. I'm okay with an expected 8%+ gain if it also acts as a way to prepare for a market decline. Sure its accepting you wont gain as much through growth vs dumping everything in VOO VTSAX/whatever your preferred market index is.

For stocks that pay a nice dividend though I just have MAIN and MO that have done well. Bought XOM and F and TGT more based on price + growth potential but they have a decent dividend also

That was first thing I saw this morning lol. I doubled down on my shares that I had at 42. Bought a small batch that first time.

Really missed out on amd calls this morning

 

5/23 was the day to buy calls..
NOT the first week off April like me...Just trying to get back to even.

 

I thought THIS was the "dip"

 

Yeah I sold my June 28 170 call I bought on 5/23 way too early.

 

I also averaged up on F today. Picked up about 20% worth of what I had before. Previous average was 11.17.
I just wanted more of it
