I utilized the filters in there and came up with an '01 Tacoma 3.4 xtra cab with a claim of 0-60 in 8 secs.

    I see you’ve got a turbo, what’s your 0-60 and/or highest speed you’ve hit?

Apparently the trucks govern out at like 110 from what I’ve heard, but I’ll bet 0-60 time is greatly increased with a turbo just depending on the size and at what RPM it spools at. Want to get a turbo for mine eventually too.

    Yes, its like 108 iirc.
Funny enough I never bothered to test top speed. 0-60 doesn't change much with the big GT35-based turbos because they only kick in >3k in higher gears...which is why I just finished a twin turbo build with much smaller ones - K03s. I still need to tune it, but I can already tell its much more responsive, so it'll be interesting to see how 0-60 is affected.

Sure you can always do that, it's a high load scenario... Doesn't it drop off as soon as you let off the brake though?

I sometimes lost traction from a standstill when I was NA, so I never bothered since my alignment has been squirrely for years.

not that ive noticed. the engine is still under load after letting off brake. im not running the standard cx turbo. have their smaller ball bearing one that i had them swap out instead. i will say that without brake boosting there is a considerable amount of lag still. 35s and stock gears probably has alot to do with that though.
